1️⃣ Register

The teams you select will determine which schedules you can see.

2️⃣ Get your personal link in your email

Once your application is processed, you’ll receive an email from SHIFTHAPPENS with your personal volunteer portal link. (search email for info@shifthappensvolunteers.com)

Use that link (and only that link) to edit your schedule or make changes.

Can’t find the email? Message us and we’ll happily resend your link.

3️⃣ Pick your shifts

•⁠ ⁠Browse the schedules for the teams you selected

•⁠ ⁠Want to see more schedules? Add more teams (don’t forget to hit Submit Request)

•⁠ ⁠You keep all the shifts you choose unless a major schedule change happens, if so, we’ll notify you

•⁠ ⁠Only pick shifts you can physically do and avoid overlaps
