THEME: Island of Broken Toys

By participating in this event, you agree to hold The Love Burn, Inc., its agents, members, managers, directors, venue, volunteers, staff, and other personnel harmless for any liability related to participation and related to the receipt or donation of any tickets or funds at, through, or in any way associated with this event. You will secure insurance and permits as needed and/or requested. If for any reason, you cannot fulfill your proposal, you will return tickets before the event or pay back grants funded.

ARTIST RESPONSIBILITY TERMS

By accepting this grant, you and your art team acknowledge full responsibility for your art project. This includes the safe design, transport, appropriate team behavior, installation, daily upkeep, and removal of your piece from the event site. You agree to meet all deadlines, follow safety protocols, oversee your team, provide budget and receipts upon request, and comply with local laws and event guidelines. Love Burn and its volunteers provide support, but ultimately your art is your responsibility from setup to strike to complete removal from venue. Your commitment ensures that your creation can be enjoyed safely and respectfully by all participants on the Island of Broken Toys..
